T\u00e4na t\u00f6\u00f6tab ta treeneri ja liikumis\u00f5petajana.<\/p>\n<p>Endine tippsportlane \u00fctleb, et noorena ongi hea proovida erinevaid alasid, kuni tekib see \u201coma\u201d. Kaili jaoks oli selleks suusatamine. Ta r\u00f5hutab, et tippspordis on vaja t\u00f6\u00f6tahet ja distsipliini.<\/p>\n<p>Kaili on p\u00e4rit Tamsalust ning elas m\u00f5ned aastad Tartus, kus \u00f5ppis kehakultuuri. Hiljem, kui sportlasekarj\u00e4\u00e4r l\u00f5ppes, oli haridus suureks toeks: \u201cpaber taskus\u201d andis v\u00f5imaluse uuele etapile. 2010. aastal tuli ta kodukanti tagasi ja on spordiga seotuks j\u00e4\u00e4nud t\u00e4naseni. Lisaks treenerit\u00f6\u00f6le \u00f5petab ta liikumist ka koolis ning peab \u00f5petajat\u00f6\u00f6s oluliseks nii t\u00f6\u00f6d lastega kui ka kuulumist kollektiivi, sest treenerina tuleb sageli tegutseda omaette.<\/p>\n<p>Murdmaasuusatrenne on ta Tamsalus juhendanud juba ligi \ud835\udfcf\ud835\udfd4 \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d ning selle aja jooksul on tema k\u00e4e alt l\u00e4bi k\u00e4inud mitu noortep\u00f5lvkonda. Kaili l\u00fckkab \u00fcmber levinud arusaama, et \u201csuusatrenn on ainult suusatamine\u201d. Treeningud toimuvad aastaringselt: suvel \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsiline ettevalmistus, talvel suusatamine, lisaks j\u00f5uharjutused ja laagrid.<\/p>\n<p>Treeningr\u00fchmadesse kuuluvad v\u00e4ga eri vanuses noored, mist\u00f5ttu ei ole k\u00f5igile v\u00f5rdselt t\u00e4helepanu jagamine alati lihtne. Nooremad vajavad rohkem juhendamist ja julgustamist, samas kui vanemad saavad k\u00fcll iseseisvamalt hakkama, kuid vajavad samuti toetust ja suunamist.<\/p>\n<p>Kaili hinnangul on t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval varustust ja v\u00f5imalusi rohkem kui varem, kuid keerulisem on see, et lapsed liiguvad v\u00e4hem. Tihti tuleb k\u00f5igepealt \u00f5petada harjumust pingutada ja j\u00e4rjepidevalt treenida. Ta toob v\u00e4lja ka koduse m\u00f5ju: kui lapsevanemal on spordist kehv m\u00e4lestus, kandub suhtumine kergesti edasi.<\/p>\n<p>Treener Kaili peab esmat\u00e4htsaks, et noor liiguks, oleks terve ning et liikumisharjumus p\u00fcsiks ka tulevikus. Kohaliku spordielu v\u00e4ljakutsetest r\u00e4\u00e4kides t\u00f5useb esile ilm, sest suusatamine s\u00f5ltub paratamatult lumest.
